Turkey Breast - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the unwrapped aluminum pan of turkey with gravy in your oven with the lid still sealed. Drop temperature of oven to 325 degrees F. Bake for 75 minuties or until 165 degree F internal temperature is reached.
Mashed Potatoes - These mashed potatoes are packed in a "boil in a bag" so cooking them is very easy. Simply place in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil. Boil for 20 minutes turning the bag of potatoes as needed. Alternate cooking method - place th ebag of potatoes in a baking pan. Surround the bag with hot water, place in the oven, and allow to cook with the turkey. Internal temp needs to be 165 degrees.
Holiday Vegetable Medley - These are flash frozen, unseasoned. So the sky's the limit as to what flavor profile you would like! Cook time is very quick depending on your method. Example: Pour Vegetables from bag into a microwave safe dish with 1/2 cup of water and 2 TBSP butter. Microwave 4-5 minutes or until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
Herbed Stuffing - When reheating, be sure that the stuffing is properly moistened (chicken stock or vegetable stock works best for this). Pour the stock over the stuffing, just until hydrated. Cover the pan of stuffing with lid and place in the oven. Bake at 325 degree F for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Cranberry Sauce - This sauce is all ready for serving, just top n what you would like and enjoy.
Dinner Rolls - Remove from bag, Serve at room temperature or place in an oven safe container covered loosely with foil, and heat to desired temperature in a 250 degree oven.
Pumpkin Pie - This dessert is all ready for whipped cream or ice cream. If you are feeling so inclined, you can heat the pie slices* in the microwave for 25 seconds to warm it just enough to slightly meld your desired toppings for the perfect conclusion to your meal. *Remove slices from pan before putting in the microwave. DO NOT microwave the aluminum pan!
